IdP not getting the Authn Request

Hi
as in the subject.
I’m trying to connect to IdP (third-party), they claim they are compatible with SAML 2.0
I get the X.509 certificate, provided certificate from our server, I do have a private key.But people from IdP still don’t receive Authn Request.
