    Hello,

    Thank you very much for reporting!

    It seems that you don’t have core_upgrade permissions. The idea is that people that cannot upgrade site (eg editors), should not be able to backup or restore site, because this way they can get a copy of the site. Can you please check if you are logged as admin (or network admin if multisite is enabled) ?

    I’ve just released 1.1.24, which relaxes the permission check (does not throw exception). Can you please give it a try, but keep in mind, you still need admin or network admin permissions to do backup / restore
