Idiot-proof way to optimise load

Writeups.org was competently developed, but I have since added some plugins that add .css, jquery resources and the like. I’ve known for a long while I had to tinker with load order to diminish impact, but lack the skills.

Hummingbird (plus the Lazy Load for Videos plugin) allowed to solve the problem without wrecking anything. the additional resources no longer get in the way of loading the pages quickly, or needlessly increase server load.
