identifying cookies and remove them

I am finding 2 cookies on my website and I do not know who or what sets them and how they comply with the EU data protection rules.  Can anybody tell me where they originate and if I can just remove them somewhere and if so how.

The names of the cookies I find are: CookieConsent (the initiator is stated as Skript-Tag) and wpEmojiSettingsSupports (Initiator: Page Sourcezeilennummer 38 and source: Inline-Skript)
