Identifying a Forum plugin

    I’m a potential user of this forum trying to explain to its webmaster a glitch.

    My question: Could anyone please inform me (a) Whether the link above is to a WordPress forum, and (b) If so, the name of the forum plugin, so I can identify and solve the problem with the help of the plugin publisher.
