Identify and place the comment of contributor above others

Hello,
please give me your clues about my problem. In my blog I have specified roles.
I would like to place the contributor’s comment on a post higher or in a different place than the others.
All the others will be unregistered or subscribers.

So how can I identify the subscriber’s comment and emphasize it?
