iDEAL Payments Not Reflecting On Our End

Hi there,
We offer PayPal as a payment gateway on our site and have had no real issues. That said when Netherland customers purchase via PayPal, they end up using their iDEAL gateway – somehow it’s linked to PayPal. The problem is that PayPal doesn’t see the finds arrive and the transaction doesn’t complete.I called PayPal and they say that there is no pending transaction and nothing shows up on their end.
However, the customer has provided me with bank statements that do indeed reflect the payment being taken from their balance.
What should I do here?
