Idea – Measure users that blocked GTM

Hi,
In these times with increasing number of adblockers and browsers blocking the GTM containers, and where server-side GTM is still both costly and a hassle, I have a great idea!
Below article could be implemented within the plugin, so it can shows stats how many visitors were blocking GTM from the WP Dashboard.
My team could develop this in a commit within Github, but I want to check first what the probability is that it will be included in core?
