  • Hi Steve,

Could you please elaborate your statement ? Explaining with example would be much more helpful.

    Thanks

Exported csv files have column A=Customer Name, Column B=Product title etc now if a customer has purchased more than one product the product title runs into column C, column D etc depending on the amount of products that customer has ordered, which then messes up the other data i.e price and email, making it hard to read the spread sheet. is there a way to make the data for multiple products from the same customer appear in the same Cell or at least in the same column just maybe another row.

    Hi Steve,

I got the point you are asking about, but I think this will not be of any use, because we generally export csv for some related stuff like importing data to some other module or program. If product info will be altogether in new row, then other columns for corresponding row would be blank and import will not make sense.

I think your requirement would be more sensible in Excel format export, I will add this point to our roadmap, so that we can think over it and work accordingly.

Thanks for your interest ! ??
