Idea -> Development Mode to disable all e-mail communication?

Hi!

First of all, thanks for this great plugin. I use it on every site, and I like the troubleshooting and logging features a lot. Even when SMTP/SendGrid/SMTP2GO is offline, you can always the log and never lose e-mail messages.

I occasionally move a site to a development enviroment, is it an idea for Postman to include a checkbox ‘Development Mode‘ where all e-mail traffic is blocked/disabled; while still appearing in the log?

This prevents my development sites cronjobs sending out logs and review reminders to customers. I used to use a plugin “Disable E-mail”, but this prevents messages from appearing in the Postman Log altogether. Not a great solution for testing around in a development environment.
