ID stop counting at 10

    Hello, I am using the tag like this, (below)
    [submission_id_hidden work-order-number]

    I am trying to generate a new ID (to be used as a work order number). But it has stopped counting at 10. Each email I get is now just 10.

    The name of the field should contain sumbmission_id like so: [submission_id_hidden submission_id_work-order-number]

    That worked, thanks!
    also, is there a way to have the count start at a certain number? like 101, 102, 103
    or can I add letters? like RK101, RK102, RK103, etc
