ID of tickets is not consecutive

    Hi. I’ve noticed that the ID of the tickets isn’t consecutive. A ticket might have an ID number of 26 but the next one might have it’s id as 30.

    Is there something that can be done to make all the tickets be consecutive on their IDs?

    Hi @crysishm,

    Ticket IDs share the incremental counter with other elements. So as more activity happens between new tickets being created, you will find that the ticket IDs will not be sequential in “N + 1”.
