• I’m trying to install this plugin on a client’s site and I’m being told I already have an !Share ID. But I don’t remember ever getting one – I keep files on all plugins – and I did NOT receive an email telling me what my ID is for my current client’s site.

    If you can tell me how to get a copy of my ID that would be great. I’d like to use your plugin.

    It’s funny! after posting that comment I received a random email with the number? Maybe there’s a huge delay? Not sure but I’m all set now.

    Hi, thank you for contacting us. Because of a big number of requests for registration but mainly because the widget is served from our server there were times when emails fail to be sent or consistently delayed. At present time we separated our widget serving server from the email server and hopefully most of emails will be delivered accordingly. There is also to issue of your email server not approving an inbound signal from our mail server, so your server could block or spam the email sent by cunjo.com, it usually happens to non-free email addresses (ie [email protected]) where the mail server has been setup with extra filters and checks.

    We do apologize for any issues caused, we can retrieve your !Share ID for you, just send an email (from the email address used to register for an ID – for security measures) at [email protected] with the subject “Retrieve my !Share ID”
