    Hi,

We have a number of websites that use this plugin, we have noticed that when using Chrome on Android the icons do not load.

However if I open up an incognito tab on the same device and check there the icons load fine, I’ve tried clearing all caches on both the sites and device and it still remains the same.

Is there anything you can think of that could be causing this?

    Thank you,

    Hi @ninetyninew,

I tried some tests of this and all of them worked as expected, showing icons in Solid, Regular, and Brands styles in all of the following scenarios:

    1. loading with CDN, Webfont
    2. loading with CDN, SVG
    3. loading with a Kit, Webfont
    4. loading with a Kit, SVG

This was on a Galaxy S22 using the Chrome browser.

So I’ve not reproduced the problem. There must be some other factor at play here.

    Are you using SVG pseudo-elements?

Are there other competing installations of Font Awesome on your WordPress site (your theme or other plugins) that are causing some conflict that just happens to manifest on Android?

Is there some other Android version or device that consistently produces the problem?
