Icons still showing even after deleting the plugin

Hi!

As explained in the title, I was using this plugin for my posts, only to realize a few days after that those icons were showing on my pages (even though in the option I clearly selected posts, not pages. I first tried to disable the “show social media icons on posts”, they were still there. After disabling, still there, and even after deleting the plugin the icons are still there!
