Hello everybody and excuse my English.

I have a problem with the social network icons, I can not insert them in the top bar as in the example.
I miss there a pluggin? or must be done?
i’m very disapointed, and I am really stuck.
    Thanks for your help.

  • Hello,

    Go to Appearance –> Menus

Look at ‘select a menu to edit’ –> click ‘Social’

Look at ‘custom links’ and click the drop down arrow.

In the URL box, insert your social media URL (eg: facebook.com/xxxxxx)

In the Link Text, insert the name of the social media platform (eg: Facebook)

Then click ‘Add to Menu’, then ‘Save Menu’.

Repeat the above for other social media platforms.

Took me a while to figure it out too! I hope it works for you!

    Hello!!!

Thanks a lot Kay Jay!!!! It’s perfect!!!!
    Have a nice day!

    You’re welcome! ??

Actually my blog is for English learners to learn idioms and I thought I’d share it with you: https://englishidiomstv.com/ (maybe you’ll find it useful)

It’s still new so there’s not much content yet, but I’m still working on it.

    Have a nice day!

How did you get the Google+ icon to show? I haven’t been able to. Tumblr either.

For the Google+ icon, just do the same as what I described above. But instead of facebook, just change everything to Google+.
