    Hello,

I’ve followed all the instructions from instructional video. I downloaded SVG icons from flaticon, uploaded them to Fontello, created a new font name, downloaded webfont, then uploaded Fontello Zip file.

From there, the upload is successful and shows the number of icons, however, they only appear as boxes.

I have attempted refreshing the page and regenerating CSS, but no changes. Hopefully there’s an easy solution to all of this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’m having the same issue here!

Last week my font uploaded without any problem and now, while uploading a new font, I just have boxes… Can you send me the fix to ? I will send you an email

    Hi Michael,

    I’m also experiencing this issue.
Any idea when the update will be released to fix this?

    Thanks

    Hi Jean,

The fix was already released last week. Did you update to the newest version?

One person had this issue, and it was due to his staging server setup, where the URL in WordPress settings didn’t match the URL in the actual address bar of the browser, causing a 404 on the font file.

Yes, I’m using a staging server. Will check my settings. Thanks
