Icons only show when signed in

This sounds like caching issue. Are you using a caching plugin (W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc)? If so, you need to clear the cache after setting up the icons, and then view your pages as regular visitors (not logged in).

No i’m not using a cache plugin. I’ve checked the plugins, there aren’t any cache plugins. I’ve cleared my browser cache also and tried private browsing and the menu icons don’t show, only when sign in they show. please i need to solve this as this is urgent.
