We do appreciate your perseverance.
I now begin to wonder whether it has been worth all of your time and effort.
Can I assume that we are the only ones reporting the issue?
Assuming that it is some form of legacy artifact, then perhaps it is best if we replace the errant field and, potentially avoid further upgrade issues.

As far as I am concerned, this issue has now been resolved.
I don’t think we can expect you to take it any further, and thank you for your considerable time and efforts.
