Icons not showing via widget or shortcode

  • Hello

    We set up this website on a separate server and moved the site live today and now the plugin doesn’t work. It’s the exact same files and we do not understand. We deleted the plugin and re-set it up. Plus, we de-activated all other plugins to check for conflict but there isn’t any.

    Any idea why they’re not showing?

    What exactly doesn’t work?

    Could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…

    ·??????? Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily and check if it’s ok now

    We’ve cleared our cache, used multiple browsers but still they do not display.

    They simply do not show up. There’s no broken link, there’s nothing there. They just don’t show.

    We’ve had to resort to placing them there manually

    Could you please make a screenshot of the plugin’s settings page (section 3 – you can use a browser extension like FireShot) so that we can see if selections are correct?
