Icons not showing up in buttons

    On a WordPress install with Shortcodes Ultimate and the Extra Shortcodes plugin, icons aren’t showing in the buttons we’re putting up. The issue only arises in certain browsers with certain users. I tried clearing all caches, but that unfortunately has no effect.
