Icons not showing on Homepage

I am working on a site for one of our clients – – we are planning on using your plugin for their social needs. However, the icons will not show on the homepage for some reason? They show on all of our other subpages, just not the homepage. Before we move on to a different plugin as we do usually use this one and prefer it – – can you help us figure out why this is happening, please?
