Icons not showing in Backend

Hi Diejei,

Have you checked your browsers console to see if your getting some sort of 404 error? You can follow these steps to check out your developer console for any sort of errors on the page.

If there are none, it may be a simple caching issue. You may want to try emptying your browser cache or browsing the page/dashboard in private browsing mode to temporarily test things out.

clearing the cache didnt work. there are some errors

I haven’t come across this issue before, and seeing as you have no errors in your console, I’m not entirely sure of what may be going on.

Hi,

I believe we resolved this over email support. Some custom icon was being loaded on the icons pages and overriding the default icon style sheet.
