Greetings! Yesterday I purchased a new theme (Mary Poppins). Socials Ignited was recommended for using the social icons. I downloaded, installed, and followed the instructions at the top of the widget for icon codes.

When I go to the website to check: in FireFox I get a white box inside the orange circle with the text that says Facebook; Edge, only the orange circle; Chrome, a white box. I will note the link works.

    Here is the website: https://www.worldaccording2jen.com

    Settings:
    Title: Find Me
    Icon Color: #ffffff
    Icon Background Color: #dd9933
Icon Size (single integer in pixels): 24
Background Size (single integer in pixels): 50
Border Radius (single integer in pixels): 50
    Border Color: #000000
Border Width (single integer in pixels): 2
    *Opacity (0.1 up to 1): 1

    Icon Code: fa-facebook
    Link URL: https://facebook.com/worldaccording2jennie
    Title text (optional): Facebook

    Icon Code: fafa-google-plus
    Link URL: https://plus.google.com/106152226090674205372/
    Title text (optional): Google Plus

    * I did play with Opacity and no change on the website

Never mind, they just appeared. I do not know what I did other than adding two more widgets to the sidebar.

When I logged on this morning, I only had small white boxes inside the orange circle. No icons. This appears to be sporadic as yesterday, they were appearing.

    Acccccck.

    Hi there,
it’s seems your theme also includes the font-awesome font, however it is an older version (Socials Ignited uses v4.4.0 and your theme uses v4.0.3)

Also, the theme’s version is loaded *after* the plugin’s, overriding the plugin’s newer version, so it’s very probable that it’s caused by this fact.

I’d suggest you contact the theme’s developer in order to advise you on how to disable/update/fix this issue.

    Hope this helps.
