    Dear Support Team,

    I am reaching out because the icons on my website are not displaying correctly. I have taken the following steps to try to resolve the issue:

    1. Updated Elementor to the latest version.
    2. Re-updated WordPress to the latest version.
    3. Enabled the “Load Font Awesome 4 Support” option.

    Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the icons are still not displaying on my website. Could you please advise on what additional steps I should take to resolve this issue?

    Upon inspecting the URL you provided, I am seeing two sets of icons on the front end:

    If either of these are the icons you are referencing, the issue is likely due to caching. To rule this out as a possibility, please try the following:

    • Delete the browser cache/cookies and refresh the website.
    • Try using another browser like Firefox, Chrome or Safari. Try also in incognito mode to rule out an issue with an add-on or with the browser cache.
    • Clear any cache on the site (from caching plugins).
    • Flush your DNS cache: How do I flush my DNS cache??
    • Try using a different internet/wifi network.
    • Ask your hosting provider to clear any server-side cache.

    If you are referring to a different set of icons, please let us know specifically where we can find them on the site.
