Icons not centered anymore, No icons addon doesn’t work

    Hi,

    I just noticed the icons in my timeline aren’t centered anymore,
    similar to the post about this:

    Mine are displayed under/on the bottom line of the circle.

    I’m using Jupiter theme, so I’m expecting the same response as on the
    other post. Since I’m still running my website locally, I can’t share it.

    I also tried the No Icons add-on, but this completely messes up the format
    of the timeline (puts up a white/grey alternating background and makes the
    history posts very tall).

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @jasperl93,

    Do you have a link to the timeline, and can you share the shortcode you are using the generate the timeline?

    Generally, when we’ve seen this issue, it’s been due to the fact that our customers are copying the shortcode off our documentation page – and in our documentation, the shortcode is wrapped in a <code> tag.

    Wherever you are using the shortcode to generate the timeline, you’ll want to make sure that the shortcode ([timeline-express]) isn’t surrounded by any <code> or<pre> tags.

    As for the no-icons add-on, it sounds like a similar issue. Can you confirm the surroundings of your shortcode? You may want to check the ‘text’ tab of the editor as well since they won’t show up in the visual tab.
