    Hi, apparently we updated the plugin yesterday and now the icons are no longer displaying on the page as they were previously. Please advise on what we need to do to fix this. Thanks.

    How were the icons placed under question number 3 in the plugin’s settings?

    Could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…

    Hey, thanks so much for your quick response! It turns out most of the settings had been erased so there was nothing selected for now to display the icons. I’ve now set this to the short code and updtated the Facebook address details in the plugin but still not getting the icons coming through unfortunately. I’ve cleared my cache and it doesn’t look like there’s a cacheing plugin on the site.

    Did you recently move sites? Maybe not all files got transferred.

    Could you please delete the plugin and install it again?

    Hi Support,

    I am having the same problem. The icons no longer show on the sidebar widget on our blog or in the pop up that appears when a user reaches the end of our home page.

    I’ve re-entered and saved all the settings, cleared the cache, tried other browsers … no luck.

    Is there no other solution besides re-installing? If I re-install, will I lose all my customizations? Can I revert to the older version of your plugin instead?
