Icons keep disappearing and reappearing?

Hi there

I have used the menu for a little while but noticed something weird today when one of my icons was inversed colours. SO I went into the back end and tried redo-ing the item. So I added one and clicked update and then went to view it and the icon disappears like so and I can’t edit it: https://justdemo.co.za/mantistheme/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/float-menu-2.png but the icon has not disappeared on the front end like but it has inverted like this: https://justdemo.co.za/mantistheme/. Then if I click Add Item, this happens: https://justdemo.co.za/mantistheme/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/float-menu-1.png and it pulls the icon from the top item and this is reflected on the front end and then I can’t edit the icon as per the screenshot.

Please can you provide me with some assistance. It is not a plugin clashing issue because I have this exact site duplicated elsewhere with all the same plugins etc and that one works fine.
