Icons, favicon – Edge, Firefox, IOs

  • Hi everybody,
    I used a favicon.ico in the root directory and it was fine on Windows but in the Apple world, Icon was not the good one.
    In the twentyfourteen site identification, I decided to use the Icon image selection and then it worked in Firefox but favicon disappeared in Edge.
    Does anybody know a way to have the desired icon in Apple and Windows (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.).
    Same problem on Twentyseventeen.
