icons do not show

    Hi, I justed moved my website to a new domain and now the social media icons do not appear any more. I already tried deinstalling. I now installed again and entered all required information, using the shortcode [DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_SOCIAL_ICONS]. however, the icons do not show.

    yes, i have one for the impressum for example, it works

    You placed the shortcode on https://katharinaturecek.com/test? I cannot see it in your source code.

    Yes, I did.
    i do not know why it doesnt show in the source code, it does show on my ” dashboard”, although the icons do not show

    If it doesn’t show in the source code, then it can either be caching (maybe some server-side caching you don’t know about), or there is another plugin which removes the shortcode you placed. In any case, if the shortcode is removed, the icons cannot display.

    Maybe you try different placement options, e.g. floating on the page on the right?

    Unfortunately floating doesn’t work either. i also tried widgets and end of posts, the icons simply do not show…

    Please discuss with your server team of theme creator why the shortcode doesn’t show. I think that will point to the issue.
