    these dashboard icons are not part of wocommerce theme and it is determined by theme. I am considering possibility to modify entire template.

    In version 1.9.5 i have added inbuilt dashboard links feature which will add dashboard links by default (unless turned off). you can turn off theme’s dashboard link feature and use our plugin inbuilt feature where all icons will work.
