  • Hello @stigzler,

    this issue can cause due to mismatch of font-awesome icons.

    please check the following things

    1. check if the UsersWP plugin and addons are up to date.
    2. please deactivate if you are using any font awesome icons related plugins.
    3. please check if any of your plugins/themes adding outdated font awesome icons.( this could required developer intervention )

    if these steps not work. please create a support request.
