I’ve discovered that it’s also happening in Firefox. I’ve tried doing the !important thing, I’ve made sure that the font is the icomoon font. No matter what I do, I can’t get the symbols to show up.

Can someone please help me here?

    Hi, marisah92

On your page at https://blog.kevineikenberry.com/leadership-supervisory-skills/remarkable-tv-overcoming-we-dont-have-time-resistance/, I’m seeing a 403 error for the ssi-icomoon web font: https://d.pr/i/SKKV. (I also see a 403 error for your homepage.)

It would be worth checking your server logs to try to determine the reason for these 403 errors. Typical reasons are misconfigured server permissions and errors in .htaccess or server rewrite rules. Both are something your web host should be able to help you with. Once that’s solved, hopefully all will be well with your icons!

    Hi Nick,

We’ve been having some major errors with 403 errors for a while but we haven’t been able to figure out why. (Even our server logs aren’t telling us what the issue is.)

I guess I’ll keep digging around and see what I can find out. Thanks.

Sorry to hear that! If you’ve already checked your Apache error logs, it’s also worth reviewing mod_security and mod_evasive logs if you’re running Apache with those modules active.
