Icons appear for logged users only

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I tested this on my end but unable to replicate the issue.

    I suggest installing the Health Check plugin. Then enable the Menu Icons plugin and see if the icons appear. If it does manually activate each of the remaining plugins and see which one is causing the issue.
