Iconic Features/Specific Linking? Location Detection?

    I’m wondering if this product would supply similar functionality as this site:
    https://www.highlandparker.com/

    1. Can I insert Font Awesome icons without having to actually inserting HTML for it?
    2. Can I insert linking (i.e., for phone numbers) without having to insert HTML for it?
    3. Can your product automatically detect the users location for the ‘From’ Directions in case the user wants to use the ‘Directions’ pop out?
