Icone address is not correct

    am using the plugin long time ago and i always recommend to all my college however, currently am facing problem after changing the site to https which is the icon link is not correct whatever icon i choose

    the link for url are showing like this:

    //www.mydomain.pl/wp-content/plugins/www.mydomain/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/file-type-icons/pdf.png

    the only solution i found is when i chose the icon i have to delete the link //www.mydomain.pl/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/file-type-icons/pdf.png

    to

    /download-manager/file-type-icons/pdf.png

    am not sure how to solve this issue would you please help .

    i have another error in the fotter of wordpress plugin page on all my sites as follow:

    Warning: array_shift() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in /home/usename/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-core.php on line 528

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/username/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-core.php on line 531

    i have turn off all plugin and change my theme and i have deleted the plugin and installed again and nothing change so i guess something wrong with the plugin code itself
