    Hello @tscmarketing,

    It seems the font awesome icon is not loading. It might be a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all the plugins and check if that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find which one is creating the problem.

    If you still find the same issue share your webpage URL where I can take a look.
