    Hello,
    I’m trying to install custom icons using the “Custom Icon” feature in your pro version and it just hangs. Can you help me fix this, I really need to use these icons for my client’s page.

  • In case you still haven’t solved.

    On my case it was a missing PHP configuration on server. I needed to enable ZIP files.
    For me, I was able to do it directly on CPanel.

    I’ve got this same issue, I am on godaddy, and was able to install the php configurations on CPanel.

    I uninstalled the plugin and installed it again but the issue remains.

    Nearly every case of this I’ve seen was the lack of the PHP ZIP libraries, but one user also saw a modsecurity rule being flagged for the uploads.

    Is there anything in your error logs that would account for the hangup?

    I’m not sure how good GoDaddy’s support is, but they may be able to help you search those to find out.
