Unfortunately no it still doesn’t work, the icon and the name are not updated, the only way is to uninstall the pwa and reinstall it, but this is a bug because if one day I have a project with 1000 users it is not possible to ask 1000 users to uninstall and reinstall the pwa.
the smartphone I use is a xiaomi.
Is there no way to check from the smartphone what is detected or updated or force the update?

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us. After checking, we can confirm that everything is normal. The “Re-Install Service Worker” option is designed to update automatically whenever you make changes to your settings. It’s not a bug, it functions as intended. Please follow these steps to set it up:

    1. Go to SuperPWA settings.
    2. Click on the Advance option.
    3. Check the “Re-install service worker” option and update the version number. For example, change it from 2.2.18 to 2.2.18.1. Also, remember to update it whenever you make any other changes or updates.

Give it a try, and if you encounter any issues, please let us know. For reference, please see the attached screenshot:https://paste.pics/OY0JQ
