    Used [reviews_rating icon=false name=false id=1,2]

    and when in Elementor doing editing it shows correctly (Hiding my biz name).

    But when out in the browser, normal, they are still showing up?

    Your Shortcode is:

    [reviews_rating icon=false name=false id=1,2]

    I think this is all working as expected… there is no heading in the page there.

    Did you remember to clear the page cache and force refresh?
