Icon "Show entry in directory view?" is missing in tfoot

    I am sorry but I could not find this error in the list.
    The plugin adds correctly the icon “Show entry in directory view?” in the thead row but it doesn’t in the tfoot.
    This causes that the titles of bottom row float to the left and they do not correspond anymore to the values.
    I guess the problem is in the edit-form.php file, I found the part of codes that add the icon to the top row but it seems that it doesn’t add anything to the bottom one.
