Icon Selector Not Working in Editor

I just installed this on my WordPress site. Unfortunately when I click in TinyMCE/Classic Editor to add an icon, nothing happens–no dropdown to pick from, etc. Can you help? My site is on staging so I can’t really provide a link/login securely here on the forum.
