Icon modal field shown on Gravity Form Admin Pages

    Hi

    This plugin is making a snippet containing a “add icon” field display on gravity form pages within a div class csf-modal-icon. I’ve switched to 2022 theme from our custom theme. still happens. Turning off your plugin removes it. Reactivating puts it back .

    I can see the code snippet in admin/codestar-framework/actions.php line 203

    So I guess its csf = code start framework.

    Can you please update the plugin so it doesnt show up on gravity form admin pages? It’s freaking out the users.

    For us, its add gravity forms, add html5VideoPlayer. add a form, add an entry for form. go to that entry in the entries admin. three is the input “add icon”. other plugins off. switched to twentytwentytwo theme
