When your in the theme options right click and click inspect. Then check for errors. Do you see any.

Wp upload path is changed – in wp-config : define( ‘UPLOADS’, ‘my/files’ );

May this hobble a function in theme?

Yeah it’s possible if your uploads folder is some how using different permissions or php ownership. But more likely it’s causing files to not load through because of an incorrect url… Try this install this plugin:

See if that helps, all you need to do is activate it.

Hey based on your photos it looks like your using a really old version of wordpress. Can you make sure you update to the latest version.
