  • Hello Tobias,

    Thanks for writing to us.

    I’m not sure if I fully understood your question. Could you please provide more details of your requirement? If you could provide some screenshots, that would help greatly.

    I’d like to let you know, we request screenshots as they really help us understand customer issues precisely and avoid confusion/misunderstanding. This makes it easier to understand, debug, and resolve an issue ASAP. In most cases, the written description leads us nowhere and we have to constantly ask for more details.

    Though the screenshot requirement might not make any sense from your perspective, we request that only to serve our customers faster and better.

    Thanks for understanding!`

    Just because i am curious: If you go to my page i need help with:
    Do you see the icons in one list with different sizes – depending how much text is in the list?

    Hi @voir,

    Thanks for writing back.

    It is difficult to diagnose the issue on your site without visualizing it. I would request you send us the URL of the page with the issue, or if you would want to share it on a more private and personalized platform then you can open a support ticket from here:https://wpspectra.com/support/.

    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Judith,
    thanks a lot for answering!
    I am wondering because in my first post i added the link to the site, in my second post i added a screenshot. I guess this is not visible to you?

    Let me know, if you can’t see the link. Thanks again for helping! ??

    Hello @voir,

    Thanks for writing back.

    Can you please try adding the following CSS in the Additional CSS section:

    .wp-block-uagb-icon-list.uagb-block-2557bcde .wp-block-uagb-icon-list-child .uagb-icon-list__source-wrap svg {
    width: 73px;
    height: 27px;
    }

    I hope this solves your issue. Please let us know how this goes.

    Regards.
    Judith.

    Hi @judith0 – sorry. No. The CSS snap did not resolve the problem.
    In the CSS you use a block id number – so it will just help for one block on one page. I guess it’s a SVG viewport issue.

    Hi @voir,

    Please use .wp-block-uagb-icon-list instead of .wp-block-uagb-icon-list.uagb-block-2557bcde then it will work for all the blocks.

    Please try and let me know how it goes.

    Have a nice day!
