• Hi there! Thank you so much for the plug in. I see in your example of a custom style you have “Icon Link” as an option. I assume this option displays the download as an icon – with the front page being the icon. Is this option available? If you don’t have the coding – could you point me in the direction of someone who could do this for me?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Firstly, thank you for your plugin review – it’s really appreciated! The example in the documentation is based on how to add icons using the Font Awesome toolkit. I’m not sure exactly what you mean by “the front page being the icon” – if you could elaborate, I’ll be able to advise you further.

    Hi Ashley!

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I think I have a completely different idea of what “Icon Link” is. Thanks for sending me the Font Awesome information. I’ve never seen that before.

    And example of what I was thinking can be seen here: https://midwivesofnj.com/patient-resources/

    The “workbooks” are seen as the front page. But, I’m thinking that’s a little bit out of the scope of the plugin. Either way – works perfect!

    Side note – is there any limit to the size of the .pdf that can be uploaded?

    The workbooks are just images surrounded by a link to the download. Something like this will do what your after (remember to replace the download id and image url). Interestingly, that site is also using the Font Awesome icons!

    <a href="[ddownload style="plain_text" id="12345"]">
    	<img src="https://example.com/image.png" />
    </a>

    Maximum upload size is set by the server, but in most cases can be adjusted as-per this tutorial.
