Icon Issue with Info Card Module

  • Hello, the overlay Icon is only shown on active Visual Builder. In the frontend are more Icons shown and a wrong background color.

    I’ve already cleared the Cache and Play Around with the CSS Settings in the Divi Options. But nothing helps.

    The Eleghant Themes Support can’t help me…

    “The issue is related to the Divi Torque module. I tried to check but could not find why the icons are not showing. I would request you to please get in touch with the Divi Torque plugin support.”

    Hello @bensh86 ,

    The overlay options will not activate unless you have uploaded the images. Could you please confirm whether you used the default Divi icons from the modules or if you uploaded custom images as icons?

    To better understand and address the issue, it would be very helpful if you could provide a detailed recording of your process. Please use screen recording tools such as Loom or Awesome Screenshot to capture how you inserted the module and what appears on the front end after exiting the Visual Builder.

    Is there no one with the same issue!? I’ve deactivated all other Plugins and the issue still appears. When I use a Icon instead of the Picture, the Icon is shown at the frontend. So it must be a Problem with the Overlay Function.

    My site is still under construction. Since we are unfortunately not making any progress here, I will reactivate the password for access. I’m looking for an alternative to the Hover Box.

    After update wordpress and divi we have the same issue on info card. In Divi looks good, but on website next to icon is this text “fa||900”.

    How can i fix it?

    Dear all @bensh86 @dleigh @wistlaumann,

    We are planning a major update to make our plugin compatible with Divi 5. Once this update is released, the issue you’re experiencing will be resolved. However, since Elegant Themes has not yet released the stable version of Divi 5, it’s not possible for us to release a Divi 5-compatible version of Divi Torque Lite until the stable version becomes available.
