Icon is displaying incorrectly on my site

    I have been using the plugin for a while with no issues but recently the scroll icon has moved to the bottom left hand corner of my site. It displays correctly in side my admin but no matter how I set it, it is stuck at the very bottom left-hand side of my public site. I have tried deleting the plugin, clearing the cache and re-installing it. Any suggestions, please. Thanks very much. Amanda.

  • Same here, but in my case it stuck on bottom right, and doesn’t get removed even I remove the whole plugin.

    It doesn’t matter which button I chose, it’s always same white, almost invisible. It has a URL mysite/#branding

    I don’t have any other back-to-top plugins, just wonder if some other plugin has that option and that’s the reason for all this?

    Working nicely in admin area, but that may not be the point ??
