ICON ERROR – ACCEPTANCE FORM BOX

  • Hi,

    I am experienced some issues with the icons on the acceptance checkbox. The check one is shown as an SQUARE. Do not know if it has to be with the FONT AWESOME update? Can you give me some advice.
