• Hello,

I noticed a weird issue on my website. I was watching session recordings of my visitors and I noticed that on smaller screens (I think), some arrows that open a drop-down list do not display correctly. They display a number instead of an arrow. Here is an example from a session recording:

    How visitor sees it

    How they should see it

I noticed that this issue occurs with other arrows on my website, like size selector on product pages or inside the cart.

Do you have any clue as to why this might happen or where I should look for the culprit? Thank you

  • Hi @popos93,

The arrow icons are displayed properly on my end.

The issue must have occurred because the font which is used for the arrow icon was not loaded properly for the visitor.

If you face this issue again, try clearing the browser cache.

    I hope this helps ??
